Statistical Information

Third Party Tracking

CloudAmp and our third party advertising partners use clear gifs (web beacons), images and scripts. We tie the information gathered to our customers’ personal information.

We use clear gifs in our HTML-based emails to let us know which emails have been opened by recipients. This allows us to gauge the effectiveness of certain communications and the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. If you no longer want to receive marketing-related emails from CloudAmp LLC on a go-forward basis, you may contact us at [email protected] and request that your Personal Information be removed from marketing-related emails.

Behavioral Targeting/Re-Targeting

We partner with a third party ad network to either display advertising on our Web site or to manage our advertising on other sites. Our ad network partner uses cookies and Web beacons to collect non-personally identifiable information about your activities on this and other Web sites to provide you targeted advertising based upon your interests. If you wish to not have this information used for the purpose of serving you targeted ads, you may opt-out by clicking here or if located in the European Union click here. Please note this does not opt you out of being served advertising. You will continue to receive generic ads.

The CloudAmp Site may contain links to other Web sites. CloudAmp is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Web sites. The links from a CloudAmp Site do not imply that CloudAmp endorses or has reviewed the third party Web sites. We suggest contacting the operators of those Web sites directly for information on their privacy policies.

Social Media Widgets

We may add Social Media Features to our site, such as the Facebook Like button and Widgets, such as the Share this button or interactive mini-programs that run on our Site. These Features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our site, and may set a cookie to enable the Feature to function properly. Social Media Features and Widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Site. Your interactions with these Features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.

Invitations

If you choose to invite others to a report or dashboard within your organization, we will ask you for the other user's name and email address. We will automatically send him/her a one-time email inviting him/her to visit the site. CloudAmp stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and tracking the success of our referral program.

Blog/Forum

If you use a blog or forum on this Web site, you should be aware that any personally identifiable information you submit there can be read, collected, or used by other users of these blogs and forums, and could be used to send you unsolicited messages. We are not responsible for the personally identifiable information you choose to submit in these blogs and forums. Customer Testimonials

We post customer testimonials on our web site, which may contain personally identifiable information. We do obtain the customer's consent via email prior to posting the testimonial to post their name along with their testimonial.

Our Disclosure of Your Personal Information and Other Information:

CloudAmp is not in the business of selling your Personal Information. We consider this information to be a vital part of our relationship with you.
