Python Contractor, San Francisco

CloudAmp is a new San Francisco startup building a cloud data integration platform. Our first product helps SaaS companies see real-time customer usage metrics in their CRM system.

We are starting to ramp up fast, and are looking for a contractor who could join us full time as a founding employee if there is a mutual fit.

CloudAmp was founded in May 2011 by two friends who have each done multiple successful startups - a inbound marketing/sales guy and an engineer with a background in security and web scale systems. We are starting to see real traction from customers and need help!

What we are looking for:

• 3+ years using Python for sites or similar framework.
• 3+ years using MySQL, Postgres or Oracle.
• 3+ years working on other technologies like Perl, Ruby, Java, C.
• Send list of sites/companies and references for all of the above.
• Must have contributed to at least one open source project. Send link.
• Salesforce experience is a plus

Telecommuting is ok but we need someone who can meet in person in San Francisco for hack sessions about once a week.

Compensation:

• We are pre-funding but will pay a fair hourly rate to the right person
• Significant equity will be available for permanent hire if there is a mutual fit
